Job Type: Full-time (30+ hours per hour)
Schedule: Flexible schedule with a minimum of 3 evening shifts per week.
Location: Hybrid - Las Cruces, New Mexico, and surrounding areas
Pay: $80,000-$95,000 per year

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our growing team! As a BCBA on our team, you'll play a vital role in delivering compassionate, evidence-based behavioral health services.
What You'll Do

As a BCBA on our team, you'll play a vital role in delivering compassionate, evidence-based behavioral health services. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Conducting assessments and diagnostic evaluations for children with autism and developmental disabilities
  • Developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans
