Qualifications

  • Certification as a BCBA, BCaBA, or RBT currently pursuing BCBA certification in a graduate program required
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in behavior analysis preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and team members
  • Solid understanding of ABA principles and practices
  • Ability to develop and implement behavior intervention plans accurately

Responsibilities

  • Lead clinical teams to implement effective behavior intervention plans
  • Conduct assessments to evaluate client progress and needs
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs and BCaBAs to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Collaborate with families to support client development and outcomes
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development initiatives

Full Job Description
*This role is open only to certified BCBAs, BCaBAs or RBTs currently pursuing BCBA certification in a graduate program. Only candidates meeting these criteria will be considered.*

Total Annual Compensation: Up to $101,000
  • Base Salary: $70,000-$77,000
  • Annual Individual Bonus: $7,000-$16,000 (paid monthly)
