Qualifications

  • Certification as a BCBA or currently an RBT pursuing BCBA certification in a graduate program is mandatory.
  • 5-7 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) preferred.
  • Strong understanding of behavioral assessment techniques and intervention strategies is essential.
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients is required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in data collection and analysis related to client outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional assessments and analyses to identify behavioral needs.
  • Design and implement behavior intervention plans tailored to individual clients.
  • Provide training and supervision to RBTs and other support staff.
  • Monitor and evaluate client progress towards goals and adjust interventions as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and best practices within the ABA field.

*This role is open only to certified BCBAs or RBTs currently pursuing BCBA certification in a graduate program. Only candidates meeting these criteria will be considered.*

 

Total Annual Compensation: Up to $98,000

  • Base Annual Salary: $75,000-$82,000
  • Annual Individual Bonus: $7,000-$16,000 (paid monthly)
