Responsibilities

  • Oversee and supervise clinical staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
  • Monitor client progress and make data-driven adjustments to treatment plans.
  • Facilitate training and mentorship for junior staff and new BCBAs.
  • Engage with medical professionals and stakeholders in treatment planning.

Full Job Description

*This role is open only to certified BCBAs, BCaBAs or RBTs currently pursuing BCBA certification in a graduate program. Only candidates meeting these criteria will be considered.*

 

Total Annual Compensation: Up to $110,000

  • Base Salary: $80,000-$92,000
  • Annual Individual Bonus: $7,000-$18,000 (paid monthly)

The $80k–$85k range applies to the Clinical Supervisor role (ideal for newer BCBAs), while the $85k–$92k range is for the Senior Clinical Supervisor role (for BCBAs with 2+ years of experience).
