Responsibilities

  • Oversee and guide the implementation of individualized treatment plans.
  • Supervise and mentor behavior technicians and other clinical staff.
  • Conduct assessments and analyze client progress based on behavior data.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Advisory Board to enhance clinical practices.
  • Engage with families to provide support and education on treatment processes.

Full Job Description

*This role is open only to certified BCBAs, BCaBAs or RBTs currently pursuing BCBA certification in a graduate program. Only candidates meeting these criteria will be considered.*

 

Total Annual Compensation: Up to $113,000

  • Base Salary: $80,000-$95,000
  • Annual Individual Bonus: $7,000-$18,000 (paid monthly)

The $80k–$90k range applies to the Clinical Supervisor role (ideal for newer BCBAs), while the $87k–$95k range is for the Senior Clinical Supervisor role (for BCBAs with 2+ years of experience).
