HVAC Operations & Warehouse ManagerECI Comfort | Langhorne, PA | Full-TimeWhat You'll OwnThis role is much more than managing a warehouse.
You'll become the operational heartbeat behind our installation and service departments.
Logistics & Planning- Stage materials for daily installation and service crews
- Coordinate deliveries, vendor pickups, and inventory transfers
- Anticipate material shortages before they affect customers
- Ensure every technician starts the day prepared
Inventory & Purchasing- Maintain inventory accuracy above 98%
- Oversee receiving, cycle counts, and stock replenishment
- Manage truck stock and warehouse inventory
- Work with purchasing to maintain proper inventory levels
- Reduce waste, shrinkage, and unnecessary spending
Operations & Process Improvement- Improve warehouse layout and workflow
- Build systems that improve efficiency and accountability
- Track tools, fleet equipment, and company assets
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend better ways of operating
- Help create a warehouse that is organized, predictable, and scalable

Preferred Experience- Warehouse management or operations leadership
- HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, industrial supply, or distribution experience
- Inventory management systems or ERP software
- Forklift experience
- Strong computer skills
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- ServiceTitan experience is a major plus
Compensation & Benefits$72,000-$90,000 plus per year based on experience
