Responsibilities:• Oversee installation of HVAC systems.
• Repair, and conduct maintenance on equipment like furnaces that require constant care.
• Locate maintenance problems on equipment
• Provide good customer care.
• Run after-hours calls as needed.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment.
• Provide technical support when in the field.
- At least 1-2+ years of HVAC experience
- Active Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Able to pass a drug test and a background check
- EPA certification
- NATE or Pearl certification is a huge plus
- sales experience is desirable, or at least not having a fear of sales.
- Must have minimum hand tools and instruments
- Can communicate effectively orally and in writing
- Demonstrates Ethical Behavior
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
