- $25-$35 per hour base pay (based on experience)
- Performance-based bonuses
- Total compensation can exceed $130,000 per year
- Overtime available (not forced)
What You'll Be Doing
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems (furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps)
- Clearly explain findings and options to homeowners
- Make honest, professional recommendations - no pressure tactics
- Perform clean, high-quality work you're proud of
- Complete accurate digital service documentation

What We're Looking For
- 3+ years residential HVAC service experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail
- EPA certification (required)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Professional appearance and communication skills
