Requirements
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, including heat pumps, gas furnaces, air handlers, and condensers
- Perform maintenance, tune-ups, and seasonal service visits
- Present repair options and replacement solutions clearly to homeowners - consultative, not high-pressure
- Deliver a 5-star service experience that turns first-time customers into loyal ones
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Manage your own schedule and van inventory with professionalism
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR- 2+ years of hands-on residential HVAC service experience
- EPA 608 Universal Certification
- Solid diagnostic ability across a wide range of equipment and failure modes
- Comfortable with a performance-based pay structure and motivated to earn
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Strong communication skills - you'll be the face of McWilliams in every home
