Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting residential HVAC systems.
• Possession of 06A Training Card (Electrical Apprentice).
• Valid driver's license with a clean record for the past 3 years.
• Proficient in using iPads and Service Titan software.
• Strong customer service skills for effective communication and sales.
• Experience with variable speed units and mini splits, as well as refrigerant handling.
• EPA Certification required; NATE Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with residential HVAC equipment.
• Utilize Service Titan software for service management.
• Communicate effectively with customers to propose solutions and sell repairs.
• Perform installation and maintenance on variable speed units and mini splits.
• Handle refrigerant and replace HVAC parts like contactors and capacitors.
• Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards in all service operations.
