Job Summary:Key Responsibilities: - Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
- Perform maintenance and service calls
- Communicate repair options and recommendations to homeowners
- Create accurate estimates and solutions
- Document work performed and recommendations
- Maintain truck inventory and equipment
- Follow all company safety and quality standards
- Participate in ongoing technical training
Qualifications & Requirements: - 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- EPA Type II certification required
- EPA Universal certification preferred
- NATE certification preferred but not required
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Excellent customer communication skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Work Environment: Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust. Reasonable accommodations may be made to perform essential functions.
