Qualifications

• 1+ years of HVAC service experience
• Strong work ethic coupled with excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
• Professional demeanor and pride in work appearance
• Physical ability to handle heavy equipment and work outdoors
• Willingness to undergo pre-employment background check and drug test

Responsibilities

• Clean, adjust, and repair HVAC systems including reheat coils and air handling units
• Install HVAC systems as needed
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems to diagnose issues
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems
• Identify maintenance risks on equipment
• Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with appliance standards and Occupational Health and Safety Act
• Track repairs using trade software, Service Titan
• Engage with clients to communicate issues and recommend optimal solutions
