Christian Home Services is seeking a motivated HVAC Sales Representative to help homeowners throughout Bucks, Montgomery, and Northern Philadelphia Counties find the comfort solutions that best fit their needs. What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners to evaluate their heating and cooling needs
- Present HVAC replacement and upgrade options tailored to each customer's home and budget
- Build rapport and establish trust through a professional consultative sales approach
- Provide accurate system recommendations and pricing
- Follow up on estimates and maintain strong customer relationships
- Work closely with our installation and operations teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals
What We're Looking For
- Previous in-home sales experience is required
- HVAC sales experience preferred, but strong in-home sales professionals from home improvement, roofing, windows, remodeling, solar, or similar industries are encouraged to apply
- Proven track record of closing sales and exceeding goals
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a winning attitude and strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
