About the Role:As a HVAC Sales Manager, you will drive revenue growth, manage client relationships, and build a high-performing sales team in the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning industry.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead Sales Team: Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets
- Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and achieve aggressive sales goals
- Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with commercial and/or residential clients; manage key accounts
- Sales Operations: Manage sales pipelines, forecast accurately, and monitor KPIs and performance metrics
- Territory Management: Oversee assigned territories; identify new business opportunities and expansion areas
- Product Knowledge: Maintain expertise in HVAC systems, equipment, and industry trends
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports; analyze performance data and adjust strategies accordingly
- Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, regulations, and industry standards

- 5+ years of HVAC sales experience (2+ years in a management/supervisory role preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, products, and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership ability with experience managing teams
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
