Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC experience
• EPA certification
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills including soldering and refrigerant handling
• Clean, valid driver's license
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Honest and reliable with a readiness to grow
• Team player with a professional appearance and positive attitude

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems
• Help customers decide on repairs or replacements
• Offer and explain service options, maintenance plans, and financing
• Maintain a clean job site and a well-stocked truck
• Complete invoices, timecards, and job notes accurately
• Train and mentor apprentices when assigned
• Participate in weekly training and on-call rotation
• Collaborate with customer service and dispatch for efficient workflow
