Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and practices
• Experience with HVAC estimating and bidding preferred
• Familiar with local building codes and safety regulations
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and client interaction skills
• Skilled in project management and estimating software

Responsibilities

• Manage all stages of HVAC projects from installation to retrofits
• Develop detailed and accurate project estimates and proposals
• Review project plans to define requirements and resources needed
• Coordinate subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely completion
• Act as primary client contact throughout project execution
• Monitor budgets and track project costs for profitability
• Conduct site visits to ensure work quality and compliance
