Location: Charlotte, NC - Hybrid

Your Responsibilities:
  • Supports the sales function by assisting with quote preparation and proposal.
  • Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of project and arranges for recruitment or assignment of project personnel as required/necessary
  • Supervises the preparation of plans and specifications for the design/installation of solutions in buildings and institutions
  • Reviews project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project
  • Confers with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority
  • Coordinates project activities with activities of government regulatory or other governmental agencies
  • Prepares sub-contractor request for quotations (RFQ) including scope statements, plans and milestone dates, specs, bonding requirements, and billing schedule of values
  • Plans and analyzes assigned projects, establishes schedules and project parameters and sets procedures to accomplish system objectives, involving complex contracting applications
  • Examines and reviews contracts and estimates by performing risk analysis and developing risk plans
  • Review status reports prepared by project personnel and modify schedules or plans as required
  • Establishes a professional relationship with the customer and interfaces constantly to maintain accurate status reports and project reviews
  • Prepares sub-contractor request for quotation's (RFQ) including: scope statements; plans and milestone dates; specs; bonding requirements; and billing schedule of values
  • Confer with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems
  • Establishes fulfillment budget for assigned projects by revising the original estimate based on validated project scope


Your Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 6-8+ years of Project Management experience
  • Commercial HVAC industry experience
  • Experience in design-build or plan-and-spec project management (preferred)
  • Professional Engineering or Project Management Certificate (preferred)

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $100,800 to $166,700 plus annual bonus in North Carolina. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
