What You'll Do:
- Effectively use your knowledge of mechanical plans/spec and design/build to manage commercial HVAC installation projects from start to finish
- Oversee project scope, budget, and scheduling to ensure smooth execution
- Work closely with general contractors, engineers, and vendors
- Handle RFIs, submittals, change proposals, and project schedules
- Ensure proper permits are obtained and compliance with all regulations
- Optimize cost efficiency by managing materials, purchasing, and vendor returns
- Prepare and review monthly Estimated Cost at Completion (ECAC) reports
What We're Looking For:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial mechanical construction
- Strong knowledge of mechanical plans/spec & design/build industry
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and perform under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- A team-oriented mindset with the ability to make independent decisions
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related (preferred but not required)
