Full Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and support our HVAC Service and Installation departments. This key leadership role is responsible for driving operational performance, developing department managers, improving processes, and ensuring financial and customer service goals are achieved. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential HVAC operations, a solid understanding of business and financial metrics, and a proven ability to lead teams in a fast paced, results driven environment.

What You'll Do:
  • Oversee daily operations for HVAC Service & Install departments
  • Review service tickets and job performance to ensure profitability
  • Lead and develop department managers through coaching and training

What We're Looking For:
  • 5+ years (minimum) of management experience in HVAC, Plumbing, or a related home services business
  • Strong understanding of financial metrics, P&L, and job costing
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Experience managing department leads or supervisors
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar software is required

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Salary range $90K-$110K
  • Annual bonus up to $20,000
  • Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off and paid holidays

This position is with a well-established, reputable service company in the Metro Atlanta area. Must be able to reliably commute to Marietta GA as this is a fully in-office role and is NOT remote. Further company details will be shared during the interview process.
