About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven HVAC Operations Manager to lead our service operations in Westchester County, NY. This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing day-to-day HVAC field operations, managing service and install teams, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, profitability, and operational efficiency.

As the HVAC Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our team, streamlining processes, and driving performance standards across service, maintenance, and installation departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage HVAC service and installation departments, including technicians, installers, and dispatch staff
  • Oversee scheduling, job planning, and daily operations to ensure timely and quality service delivery
  • Hire, train, mentor, and evaluate team members to maintain high performance and productivity
  • Monitor KPIs and financial performance; drive profitability and process improvements
