What You Will Do

As an HVAC OpenBlue Service Expert, you will serve as a technical specialist responsible for advanced diagnostics, maintenance, and optimization of building control systems across complex customer environments. You will play a key role in ensuring system reliability, improving performance, and delivering a high-quality customer experience through data-driven insights and proactive service delivery.
How You Will Do It
  • Perform advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and maintenance on building automation and controls systems across large or high-complexity customer sites.
  • Analyze system performance data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Develop and deliver actionable recommendations to improve system efficiency, service delivery, and customer outcomes.
  • Support commissioning, system upgrades, and integration activities as needed.
  • Communicate technical findings clearly to both internal teams and external customers, translating complex concepts into actionable insights.
  • Apply deep technical expertise to resolve issues that may be loosely defined and require cross-functional understanding.
  • Continuously improve service methods, tools, and processes as part of day-to-day work.
  • Ensure all work is performed in alignment with safety standards, company policies, and customer expectations.
What We Look For

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $88,100 to $120k (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
