CURRENT OPPORTUNITY: HVAC Operations ManagerKey Responsibilities:- Manage daily service and project requests
- Manage in house technician schedules
- Manage time efficiently while working in the office and field
- Hire and develop new in-house technicians.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to secure favorable pricing and conditions.
- Monitor and manage vendor performance, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon standards.
- Proactively identify cost-saving and efficiency improvement opportunities
Qualifications:- Proven HVAC experience with an understanding of operations and management.
- HVAC / Mechanical license is preferred but not required
- Strong management and operations skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn in-house dispatch platform.
