You will work a consistent, full-time schedule from
7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, in our Torrance, CA office.
THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR- 5+ years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC
- 2+ years of experience in management or leadership roles
- Financial competency, including KPI's, gross profit, and labor burdens
- Experience with HVAC field software (ServiceTitan)
- Positive attitude
Preferred:
- C-20 license
- Experience with installation, service/repair, sales, and operations
- Competitive industry experience
