You will work a consistent, full-time schedule from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, in our Torrance, CA office.

THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC
• 2+ years of experience in management or leadership roles
• Financial competency, including KPI's, gross profit, and labor burdens
• Experience with HVAC field software (ServiceTitan)
• Positive attitude

Preferred:

• C-20 license
• Experience with installation, service/repair, sales, and operations
• Competitive industry experience
