This is not a cold-calling role - warm leads provided daily. With our marketing investment and reputation in Flagstaff, you'll have endless opportunities to close deals.

Compensation: $100,000+ or -. This is a performance-based position with upside potential

Responsibilities
• Meet with homeowners to present HVAC replacement and upgrade options (Good/Better/Best).
• Conduct in-home assessments to determine system needs and comfort solutions.
• Educate customers on system benefits, financing options, and available promotions.
• Follow a proven sales process to close replacement opportunities.
• Maintain a high close rate while keeping customer satisfaction first.
• Track leads, sales, and follow-ups in CRM (Housecall Pro or sales platform).
• Work closely with the marketing/CSR team to maximize conversion of booked estimates.
• Participate in daily/weekly sales training and role-plays.
• Achieve monthly sales quotas with transparency and accountability.
• Represent the company with professionalism, trust, and integrity.
