Lead and Optimize HR Technology Systems
  • Oversee HRIS, LMS, talent management, payroll, timekeeping, benefits, and related HR applications
  • Manage system configurations, updates, integrations, APIs, reporting, workflows, and automation
  • Ensure data integrity, security, compliance, and system performance

Champion User Experience and Adoption
  • Serve as the HR technology subject matter expert
  • Provide training, support, and guidance to leaders and employees

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field. Relevant experience in lieu of a degree may be considered.
  • Experience utilizing, configuring, and supporting UKG Pro is preferred.
  • Working knowledge administering and optimizing HCM systems, APIs, and data integrations, with strong knowledge of HR processes, data security, and privacy standards. Skilled in analysis, problem-solving, communication, cross-functional collaboration, and adapting to emerging technologies.
