Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; master's or technical discipline is a plus.
• 5-8+ years of experience in an HR management role, ideally in a federal contracting environment.
• Experience with recruiting for technical and manufacturing positions.
• Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits practices is essential.
• Multi-state or international HR experience is preferred.
• Capacity for independent judgment and discretion in decision-making.
• Robust understanding of employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all HR functions, ensuring effective policy administration and compliance.
• Update and maintain the employee handbook to reflect current laws and policies.
• Provide guidance on employee conduct and performance management.
• Oversee compliance with FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and OFCCP regulations to protect the organization.
• Align HR initiatives with the Quality Management System to support business objectives.
• Organize events that foster employee engagement and development.
