Full Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY

SS Industries is looking for an HR Manager who wants to own it. This is a hands-on, full-scope role for someone comfortable being the face of HR on site, confident navigating complex situations, and genuinely invested in the people around them.

You will report on a dotted-line basis to both the Business Unit President and the HR Director. This role sits at the intersection of people and operations, and that balance matters here. If you are the kind of HR professional who likes variety, values relationships, and does not need someone looking over your shoulder to do the right thing, this might be the right fit.
