In this role, you'll support the workforce that powers our production lines by driving key HR policies, workforce planning, employee development, and engagement initiatives. • Oversee a team of HR professionals supporting recruiting, contingent workforce management, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, workers' compensation, employee engagement, CSR/SDG activities, and training.
  • Develop and manage goals and budgets to support company and group objectives, including cost-down initiatives, while ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Recommend and refine HR policies, processes, and systems that strengthen talent acquisition, retention, performance, and development.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on HR policies and employee matters, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

  • Conduct regular assessments of cost effectiveness, service levels, and quality and drive continuous improvement through negotiations, consolidation or replacements and implementations for HRIS, LMS and ATS to ensure the best value and service leading to possible implementations.

Key Competencies:

  • Pragmatic decision-making - balances compliance, risk, and operational needs
  • Prioritization - Focuses on what matters most in a constrained environment
