What You'll Do:
• Lead all aspects of Human Resources including employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, benefits, compensation, compliance, performance management, and leadership development.
• Partner with leaders to build high-performing teams and drive workforce planning.
• Coach leaders through employee challenges and organizational growth.
• Foster an engaging workplace culture built on trust, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with California and federal employment laws while helping modernize HR processes.
We're Looking for Someone Who:
- Has 5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving complex people challenges.
• Is a strong coach, communicator, and relationship builder.
• Thinks strategically while remaining hands-on.
• Values integrity, collaboration, and servant leadership.
• Construction industry experience is a plus but not required.
