What You'll Do:
• Lead all aspects of Human Resources including employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, benefits, compensation, compliance, performance management, and leadership development.
• Partner with leaders to build high-performing teams and drive workforce planning.
• Coach leaders through employee challenges and organizational growth.
• Foster an engaging workplace culture built on trust, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with California and federal employment laws while helping modernize HR processes.
