Your role:
This position will be responsible for providing the HR support and leadership for the Hayward manufacturing plant. The role serves as a strategic business partner, aligning business objectives with organizational and talent strategies while driving organizational effectiveness, leadership team performance, organizational design, employee engagement, and change management initiatives.
This role requires this person to be onsite 5 days per week.
What you'll be doing:
Serve as a strategic HR business partner, aligning people strategies, workforce planning, and talent initiatives with business objectives.
Partner with senior leaders to enhance organizational effectiveness through organizational design, succession planning, talent management, leadership development, and culture initiatives.
Provide expert coaching and guidance on performance management, employee development, organizational change, policy interpretation, conflict resolution, and corrective actions.
Lead the implementation of HR programs, policies, and processes in collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence to ensure consistency and business alignment.
Leverage workforce analytics and business insights to identify trends, drive continuous improvement, and enhance organizational performance and employee experience.
Support and lead change management initiatives, ensuring successful business transformations while maintaining employee engagement and operational continuity.
Manage complex employee relations matters, investigations, risk mitigation, and compliance, with strong expertise in California employment law and regulatory requirements.
Foster an inclusive, high-performing workplace and contribute to cross-functional projects that improve HR service delivery and organizational effectiveness.
What you'll bring:
Bachelor’s degree required, Master's in Human Resources or Business preferred.
5+ years of HR experience that includes at least 2 years of generalist experience.
Manufacturing plant background in Health Care preferred.
Proven ability to influence and partner effectively with leaders at all levels, providing strong consulting, communication, and relationship management skills.
Strong project, process, and change management experience, with a track record of disciplined HR execution and continuous improvement.
Experience supporting manufacturing environments, including workforce metrics, Lean principles, operational effectiveness, and fast-paced organizational change.
Proficiency with HR systems such as Workday and/or Kronos and advanced Microsoft Office skills, with experience collaborating across global and multi-site organizations.
Expertise in HR disciplines including performance management, compensation, talent management, organizational design, change leadership, training, and employee relations.

The estimated base salary for this position is $112,00.00 to $154,000.00 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position.
