Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Site HR Manager to join our team in Palmer, MA. This role will partner closely with the General Manager to drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and provide expert coaching to employees at all levels. The role will also provide HR leadership and oversight for our Pipersville, PA location, ensuring alignment and consistency across both sites.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading HR functions in a fast-paced environment and balancing strategic partnership with strong operational execution.

Work Environment: Palmer, MA; Onsite

Key Responsibilities
  • Workforce Planning & Talent Management: Lead initiatives to ensure the organization has the right skills and capabilities to achieve its objectives.
  • Coaching & Guidance: Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and managers on best practices in people management, performance improvement, and employee relations.
  • Multi-Site HR Leadership: Serve as the primary HR leader for the Palmer, MA site while providing HR oversight and partnership to the Pipersville, PA location, ensuring consistent people practices and alignment with business priorities.
  • Training Programs: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance leadership capabilities and foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance morale, retention, and overall job satisfaction.
  • Change Management: Facilitate smooth organizational transitions through effective communication and stakeholder partnership.
  • HR Analytics: Maintain accurate HR records and reports, leveraging HR analytics to drive data-informed decision-making.
  • People Management: Manage, guide, and develop members of the local HR team.

Critical Competencies for Success
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of progressive HR experience.
  • Strong expertise in change management and leadership development.
  • Excellent coaching and advisory skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with senior leaders.
  • Proven experience managing complex HR projects.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Pay Range: $115,000 - 140,000 annually.

Within this range, individual pay is determined based on skills, experience, and qualifications relative to the job requirements. Base pay information is aligned with market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.

Bonus eligibility: This position is also eligible for a variable incentive pay component, separate from base salary.
