About the Role:
Business partner to the Distribution Director and senior leadership team of a 750,000sf+, multi-shift distribution center. Responsible for all HR activities in assigned location(s) including compliance with policy and employment law, associate engagement, performance management, compensation and benefit administration, associate and labor relations, and corporate programs.
What You will Do:
Partner with Distribution Director and senior leaders to determine short and long-term strategies for assigned location(s).
Manage a staff of up to 10 associates, both hourly and salaried, in assigned facility9s HR department.
Analyze, prepare and execute communication strategies to maintain policy/legal compliance and associate engagement.
Conduct and ensure proper methods are being utilized to effectively investigate and resolve internal complaints. Determine appropriate employment/corrective action while ensuring processes/outcomes are properly documented, partnering with division HR and corporate legal as needed.
Responsible for corporate programs in assigned location(s) including: Inclusion & Diversity, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), PVH Listens, recognition and Hotline complaint investigations.
Ensure associates are informed of and compliant with all PVH policies and labor laws.
Maintain advanced knowledge of changes in employment law and how they apply to PVH.
Oversee the following HR and safety programs: Worker9s Compensation, FMLA, LOA, ADA, EEO, workplace safety, attendance, time-off and others as appropriate.
Partner with corporate Risk Management on any difficult Worker9s Compensation claims and oversee general claims administration for assigned location(s).
Maintain close relationship with Union officials ensuring adherence to terms of the collective bargaining agreement (if applicable); review and resolve grievances, prep for arbitrations and contract negotiations.
Proactively identify potential issues concerning wages, hours and working conditions to avoid and/or mitigate contract violations and workplace disruptions while ensuring governmental and PVH policy compliance.
Oversee recruitment and onboarding of all positions. Project staffing needs in partnership with facility9s senior leadership team.
Be a visible presence on the facility floor, modifying work scheduled as needed to support multiple shifts.

What You will Bring:
7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
Associate degree or Bachelor9s degree, business or related field
Certifications: PHR/SHRM-CP or SPHR/SHRM-SCP (preferred)
MS Office programs

Excellent social/people skills
Organized with polished public speaking skills, at ease in front of large groups of up to 300 associates.
Ability to work with all associates regardless of title, position or responsibility.
Ability to convey a positive and professional image to applicants, associates, visitors and vendors.
Strong employment law, compliance and associate/labor relations knowledge along with the ability to properly apply that knowledge.
Internal & External Contact Examples:
Internal: DC associates at all levels, W&D support associates including Financial Analysts, Engineers, and corporate associates in Legal, Benefits, Payroll, and HRIS.
External: Workers Compensation Insurance representatives, panel physicians9 office staff, security, temporary agencies and Union Business Agents.

Decision Making:
Member of the senior leadership team in assigned location(s) strategizing short and long-term strategic planning; daily associate and labor relations issue resolution partnering with Directors, divisional HR and legal (internal and external) as needed.
