Job Summary and Qualifications
The Human Resources Manager partners with facility leadership to drive workforce strategy, employee engagement, and culture. This role supports talent planning, employee relations, and HR program implementation in alignment with HCA Healthcare's mission and values.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with leaders to execute business and workforce strategies
- Lead talent planning, succession, and workforce analysis
- Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
- Support HR programs (talent development, onboarding, performance, and compliance)
- Monitor labor utilization and HR metrics
- Act as department lead in the absence of the VP of HR
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of HR experience, including 3+ years as an HR Generalist or HRBP
- Healthcare experience preferred
