Job Description Summary
The Human Resources Manager leads the Greenville HR team and serves as a trusted partner to site leaders, managers, and 371 employees. This role delivers practical, high-quality HR support across employee relations, manager coaching, talent and workforce planning, and HR process execution. The successful candidate combines sound judgment, strong communication skills, and a collaborative approach to help build an engaged, high-performing organization.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Greenville HR team, setting clear priorities and accountability for high-quality delivery.
  • Partner with leaders on employee relations, talent, workforce planning, performance management, and organizational priorities.
  • Coach managers and employees through complex people matters, applying sound judgment, policy knowledge, and business insight.
  • Lead Flight Deck cadences for local HR team, including WOR, MOR, visual management, standard work, and structured problem solving.
  • Drive HR process improvements that strengthen execution, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Advance responsible AI adoption in HR through high-value use cases, capability building, and change management for approved tools.
  • Use HR data, policy knowledge, and business insight to assess risk, identify trends, and recommend practical solutions.
  • Communicate clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels to build alignment and deliver HR programs consistently.


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university + minimum of 5 years experience Human Resources Leadership within a manufacturing setting


Desired Characteristics
  • Experience supporting an operations, manufacturing, or site-based workforce.
  • Experience applying Flight Deck or lean principles, including WOR/MOR, standard work, and problem solving.
