Human Resources Manager

Department: Human Resources

Employment Status: Full Time, Exempt

Location: Lodi (1)

Salary: $95,000 - $117,500 (Commensurate with experience and qualifications)

Supervises Others: Yes

The Human Resources Manager owns the management of excellent service and provides quality control oversight to all branches and departments by ensuring accuracy and efficiency in Human Resources. This role supports branch & department personnel with questions on benefit and Human Resources issues as needed on a daily basis. This position also serves as the supervisor over HR Specialist.

  • The Human Resources Manager develops and maintains an understanding of all aspects of F&M Bank's business vision, mission, values, business objectives, economic drivers, organizational structure and culture
  • The Human Resources Manager ensures that human resource programs/practices are clearly communicated and understood by management and employees across the organization

  • Successful completion of a credit history check is a condition of employment

  • Bachelor's Degree required in HR, business, or related field.
  • Master's degree preferred but not required.
  • Human Resources Certification is preferred

  • Working knowledge of banking institution concepts, federal/state regulations, compliance, and policy and procedures helpful
