1. Title: HR Manager
2. Reports to: Director of HR & GA
3. Department: Human Resources
4. Responsibility Summary
Under the strategic direction of the Director of HR & GA, the HR Manager is a key role leading people-centered HR operations - including Talent Development, Learning & Development (L&D), Employee Engagement (Organizational Culture), HR Compliance, Social Audit, HR projects, and HR System Implementation (HRIS).
This position is responsible for executing and embedding the company's HR strategy across the organization, partnering closely with each department to elevate the Employee Experience and support sustainable organizational growth. The HR Manager also leads key projects to build the HR system and shape a digital HR environment, supporting HR operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.

5. Primary Responsibilities
1) Talent Development & Learning
  • Operate and embed the EWL Talent Development Platform across the organization
  • Plan and run Learning & Development (L&D) programs
  • Support Career Path, Individual Development Plan (IDP), and skill-gap management
  • Strengthen manager capability and run employee training programs
  • Manage training completion rates and learning effectiveness
2) HR System Implementation
  • Participate in and operate the HRIS implementation project
  • Analyze HR processes and define system requirements
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and functional verification
  • Support user training and a stable go-live
  • Continuously improve the HR system and increase its utilization

3) Organization Culture & Employee Engagement
  • Plan and run Employee Engagement programs
  • Run internal events and organizational culture programs
  • Activate and energize internal communication
  • Drive a range of programs to embed a positive organizational culture

4) Social Audit & HR Compliance
  • Respond to SMETA, QIMA, and customer social audits
  • Manage HR policies, training records, and audit documentation
  • Execute CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) and improvement activities
  • Manage compliance with HR-related laws and internal regulations

5) HR Projects & Operations
  • Carry out various HR projects in collaboration with the Director
  • Manage HR KPIs and People Analytics
  • Collaborate with the Payroll and HR Operations teams
  • Improve HR processes and operational efficiency
  • Support the execution and embedding of HR policies and programs
6. Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or above (HR, Business, Psychology, or related major preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in HR
  • Hands-on experience in one or more of: HR Operations, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, HR Compliance
  • Experience planning and executing projects
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Able to communicate in English and Korean

7. Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience implementing or operating an HRIS
  • Experience responding to social audits (SMETA, SEDEX, customer audits)
  • Manufacturing or Cosmetics/FMCG industry experience
  • Experience running Talent Development or Leadership Development programs
  • HR Analytics and data analysis experience
  • Experience using HR systems such as ADP
  • Experience using AI-based work tools and digital HR solutions
  • Able to communicate in Spanish in addition to English and Korean
  • HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR

8. Compensation & Benefits
  • Pay Range: $75,000 to $110,000 per year
