How You'll Make an Impact

As an HR Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders across Finance and Marketing/Communications, shaping talent strategies and people initiatives that accelerate business results. You will collaborate with global Human Resources partners to build a competitive, inclusive, and high-performing organization. In this role, you will:

  • Build and sustain trusted advisor relationships with assigned leadership teams.

  • Partner with leaders to improve engagement, productivity, and talent attraction and retention.

  • Translate business strategies and competitive insights into effective talent and workforce plans.

  • Support workforce and succession planning through data-driven insights and tools.

  • Ensure effective performance management, including performance evaluations, improvement plans, and corrective actions.

  • Collaborate with Global Human Resources Centers of Expertise to deliver best-fit talent solutions.

  • Support compensation reviews by evaluating job requirements, responsibilities, and competencies.

  • Coach managers to ensure compliance with Human Resources policies, guidelines, and employment laws.

  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in Human Resources processes and systems.

  • Champion inclusion, diversity, and collaboration across teams and geographies.


Required Qualifications that Enable Your Success

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.

  • 5+ years of Human Resources business partnering experience.

  • Experience supporting medium-to-large or global organizations.

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a matrixed team environment.
