Job DescriptionDescription:The Human Resources Manager serves as a business partner to assigned clients, providing support in all HR related areas, including recruiting, employee relations, performance management, immigration, benefits, compensation, training and other company and community events and outreach. In addition, the HR manager may also have supervisory responsibility for receptionist, HR representatives and or HR administrator.
Essential Functions:- Counsel supervisors and managers on performance management, disciplinary actions, terminations;
- Manage full cycle recruitment process; including metrics compilation
- Foster a conducive working environment through employee relations activities and communication
- Ensure compliance and take care of regulatory concerns and reporting;
- Assist Benefits Manager with disability, FMLA communications and tracking
- Provide support and training for Time and Attendance system (Kronos) to employees and managers
- Process all client terminations along with data compilation during exit interviews.
- Prepare the annual AAP for their designated group(s) in conjunction with legal review to ensure compliance
- Prepare and complete the annual submissions of the EEO and Vets- 100a reports
- Administration of E-verify ensuring that all new hires are entered and authorized to work in the US
- Partner with Immigration Specialist to file work visas as it pertains to employee sponsorships
QualificationsEducation:- Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) Human Resources, Business or other related fields - Required
Experience:- 8 years or more in HR Experience
- 3 years or more in Leadership experience
Specialized Knowledge:- Strong Microsoft Office experience Word, PowerPoint, Excel
The salary range for this position ranges from $115,000 - $145,000 per year. In addition, Amneal offers a short-term incentive opportunity, such as a bonus or performance-based award as well as a long-term incentive award, such as restricted stock units, with this position within the first 12 months. Amneal ranges reflect the Company's good faith estimate of what Amneal reasonably believes that it will pay for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors, including but not limited to, qualifications, experience, geographic location and other relevant skills.
