The position supports recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits and leave administration, HR compliance, employee engagement, and HR record management. The HR Generalist serves as a trusted resource to employees and managers while promoting organizational policies, regulatory compliance, a positive workplace culture, and high-quality patient care through effective people practices.
Position QualificationsExperience- 3-5 years of progressive Human Resources experience- required
- Experience handling employee relations issues, investigations, and performance management matters- required
- Healthcare experience- preferred
Education- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field- required
