Full Job Description
How Will You Make An Impact?

Independently provide Human Resources support across employee relations, compliance, leave administration, accommodations, benefits, compensation, policy interpretation, workplace investigations, workforce analytics, and organizational initiatives. Partner with business leaders to enhance the employee experience, mitigate organizational risk, ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, and support workforce effectiveness. Assist in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR policies, programs, and practices that align with business objectives.

Location

This role will be based on-site at our Monument, CO manufacturing facility.

What Will You Do?

Employee Relations, Compliance & Investigations
  • Conduct workplace investigations involving policy violations, employee complaints, attendance concerns, harassment allegations, and other employee relations matters.
  • Maintain investigation documentation and records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Partner with managers to ensure consistent application of policies, corrective actions, and performance management practices.
  • Interpret and apply federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Identify compliance risks and recommend appropriate actions to mitigate organizational risk.
  • Support the consistent application of workplace policies and practices by providing guidance to leaders, maintaining accurate records, and promoting compliance with company expectations.
  • Support audits, reporting requirements, and compliance-related initiatives as needed.


Leave Administration & Accommodations

  • Support the administration of leave of absence programs, including FMLA, FAMLI, disability leaves, and company leave policies.
  • Partner with employees, managers, third-party administrators, and internal stakeholders to facilitate leave and accommodation processes.
  • Assist with workplace accommodations and return-to-work planning.
  • Monitor leave trends and partner with leaders to support workforce planning and attendance management.
  • Educate leaders and employees on leave-related policies, procedures, and available resources.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records to support compliance requirements.


Manager Coaching & Leadership Support

  • Coach and advise managers on employee relations, attendance management, performance concerns, corrective actions, policy interpretation, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Provide guidance to leaders to ensure fair, consistent, and legally compliant employment practices.

HRIS Reporting

Additional Responsibilities
  • Act as a thought partner with department managers in conducting workforce and organizational needs analyses.
  • Conduct new hire orientation and exit interview programs as needed.
  • Adhere to all safety and health requirements associated with the position.
  • Comply with all company security policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field


Experience
  • 3-5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
  • Experience supporting a manufacturing, production, distribution, or similarly complex operational environment.
  • Experience conducting complex workplace investigations and supporting corrective action processes.
  • Experience interpreting and applying federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Experience utilizing HRIS systems and workforce data to support business decisions.
  • Or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training.


Preferred Qualifications
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification.


Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference.
  • Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, employees, customers, and the general public.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to operate a personal computer and Windows-based software applications.
  • Advanced PC skills, including proficiency with Jabil software systems.
  • Ability to write correspondence and interpret visual information.
  • Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out instructions and resolve routine issues.
  • Ability to work effectively within standardized processes and procedures.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and business communications.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations involving whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to compute rates, ratios, percentages, and interpret graphical information.


The pay range for this role is $79,400 - $142,900. Job-related, non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity. The anticipated close date of this job requisition is: October 31, 2026.
