Boeing Commercial Airplanes’ (BCA) Human Resources (HR) organization for Airplane Programs is currently seeking a Human Resources Generalist (Associate or Mid-Level) to join our team in Renton, WA; Everett, WA or Seattle, WA.

As a member of the Airplane Programs and Manufacturing and Safety HR team there is a tremendous opportunity to make a significant impact at The Boeing Company. This is an opportunity to contribute towards supporting our teammates in delivering world class airplanes. The position will play a key role in supporting the HR function’s objective to provide world class HR service and employee experience to the BCA Business Operations team.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Build and sustain trusted relationships with leadership across the Business Operations organization

  • Deploy and administer HR programs, policies, practices and processes

  • Develop integrated HR initiatives and solutions to advance organizational objectives

  • Analyze staffing and diversity strategy performance and develop corrective solutions

  • Partner with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectives

  • Partner with the Center of Excellence (COE) and local HR teams to ensure understanding and alignment of talent strategy and to ensure planning, execution and realization are achieved through solutions, programs and policies

  • Collaborate with HR peers – both in our businesses and functions – to enable the organization’s HR / business strategies, and ensure the efficient delivery of HR products, tools and services

  • Partner with peers and business as an advisor and change agent in the rollout of HR policies, processes or programs such as salary review, leadership development, etc.

BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes

  • 1+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding

  • 1+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions

  • 1+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects that promote a culture of superior customer service and exceptional employee engagement

  • 1+ years of experience partnering with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectives

  • Experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Human Resources certification

  • 3+ years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 3+ years of experience in a Human Resources Business Partner or Human Resources Generalist role

  • Experience in Aviation or Aerospace

  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills with high-impact communication style
