Human Resources Generalist (Associate or Experienced)

- Data-Driven Insights: Gather feedback and insights from employees to identify trends and areas for improvement, shaping our HR strategies for the better
Position Responsibilities:- Maintain a visible HR presence on the manufacturing floor for real-time engagement and solutions
- Promote open communication and guide discussions to collaboratively resolve workplace issues positively and fairly
- Administer HR programs, policies, and practices, serving as a subject matter expert in areas like performance support and leadership coaching
- Partner with manufacturing managers to deploy HR initiatives that align with operational goals and address workforce challenges
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to understand and implement HR programs in specific areas
- Keep records of employee interactions and resolutions, ensuring follow-up actions are taken
- Identify recurring employee concerns or trends and report these to HR leadership for proactive solutions
- Serve as a trusted partner and resource for employees at all levels, addressing concerns and providing guidance on company policies
- Be a visible champion of Boeing's values, modeling our expectations through consistent employee interactions

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):- Experience in Human Resources
- Experience with project management
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Human Resources certification(s)
- 6+ years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
- 1+ years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders

Summary pay range for Level 2: $80,750- $109,250
Summary pay range for Level 3: $102,000 - $138,000
