Human Resources Expert
As the Human Resources Generalist, you will have the opportunity to be an integral part of site HR functions such as assisting in the recruitment and onboarding process, team building, payroll, investigations, data analytics, compliance, and special projects. We9ll count on your years of experience to help ensure a productive and conflict-free workplace, enhance job satisfaction, maintain HR compliance, and keep employee retention rates high. Work a typical schedule onsite Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, plus participate in a weekend rotation about once per month If needed.
How you create impact
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process and conduct employee orientation
Help organize training and development initiatives
Support, create, and facilitate employee engagement programs
Provide support to employees and resolve issues with HR-related topics
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
Gather data to determine and analyze HR metrics
Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits, and organizing team-building activities
Responsible for payroll
Use Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to create reports and presentations
Maintain local personnel files in electronic and paper form
Be approachable, yet maintain professional decorum and HR etiquette while consistently demonstrating integrity, flexibility, sound judgment, and confidentiality
What we would like you to bring
Bachelor9s degree in human resources, Business, Psychology, or equivalent combination of education and experience
3 - 7+ years of experience in a full-time Human Resources role
At least 3 years of experience in a warehousing, manufacturing, or retail environment
Strong knowledge of HRIS systems (e.g., PeopleSoft; UltiPro) Kronos
Strong knowledge of HR-related laws such as Equal Employment Opportunity, Compensation and Benefits, FMLA, FLSA, Labor Relations, and Health and Safety
Experience creating PowerPoint presentations
Basic to intermediate Excel skills (basic formulas, PivotTables)

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
