As our Human Resources Manager, you9ll be the heartbeat of our employee experience, ensuring our team is empowered, engaged, and aligned with our mission. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts to attract top-tier talent for roles across property management, leasing, maintenance, and administration.
- Employee Relations: Foster a collaborative and inclusive culture by addressing employee needs, resolving conflicts, and promoting open communication.
- Performance Management: Design and implement programs to drive high performance, including goal setting, performance reviews, and professional development initiatives.
- Compliance & Policy: Ensure adherence to labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies specific to the real estate industry.
- Training & Development: Develop onboarding programs and ongoing training to equip our team with the skills to excel in a dynamic real estate environment.
- Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and competitive compensation strategies to retain top talent.
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals, supporting our expansion and operational success.
Who You Are:- A proven HR leader with at least 5 years of experience, ideally in real estate, property management, or a related field.
- Skilled in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management, with a track record of building strong teams.
- Knowledgeable about employment laws and regulations (e.g., Fair Housing, OSHA, ADA) relevant to real estate operations.
- A proactive communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to connect with employees at all levels.
- A Bachelor9s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certifications, such as SHRM-CP or SPHR, are a plus).
- Tech-savvy, with experience using HRIS systems (e.g., Paylocity) and Microsoft Office Suite.
