Full Job Description
Under the general supervision and direction of the township manager, the Director coordinates, performs, and directs Meridian Township's complex human resource functions and manages HR and Human Services staff. The Director provides administrative oversight and leadership with an emphasis on staffing, employee relations, labor relations, performance management, and compliance with state and federal employment laws and regulations. The role is critical in fostering a supportive employee culture which helps the Township's to retain and attract engaged employees.
