Responsibilities:- Assist with internal and external HR-related inquiries and requests
- Responsible for the onboarding of new hires, performing background checks, providing in-services in corporate compliance mandates
- Responsible for facility payroll
- Maintain and track FMLA and LOA Leave processes in facility.
- Maintain accurate personnel files, licensure/certification tracking, and mandatory in-service training records in accordance with state survey requirements.
