Job OverviewBob's Discount Furniture is seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Distribution Centers or Retail Stores. This role supports multiple departments or retail locations, assisting leaders with HR issues and implementing services, policies, and programs that foster a high-performance, employee-oriented culture.
The HRBP plays a key role in empowering employees, driving productivity, supporting compliance, and ensuring quality standards. You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities, and managing confidential matters with discretion.
Key Skills for SuccessCore Competencies & Expertise- Employee Relations - Conduct confidential investigations, resolve employee concerns, and maintain positive workplace relationships.
- Recruitment & Staffing - Lead hiring efforts for multiple locations, including talent sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

- HR Systems - Proficient in HRIS platforms for employee data management and reporting.

Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Human Resources role
- Solid understanding of HR practices and employment law
- Experience with HRIS platforms
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to use sound judgment and maintain confidentiality
Physical Demands- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
- Capability to travel between supported locations as needed
