Job Overview
Bob's Discount Furniture is seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Distribution Centers or Retail Stores. This role supports multiple departments or retail locations, assisting leaders with HR issues and implementing services, policies, and programs that foster a high-performance, employee-oriented culture.

The HRBP plays a key role in empowering employees, driving productivity, supporting compliance, and ensuring quality standards. You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities, and managing confidential matters with discretion.
