Full Job Description
Overview

This role will partner closely with operational leaders to support a market of 1,000+ employees, serving as a trusted advisor on complex employee relations, workplace investigations, employment law, compliance, and workforce matters.

This is a highly focused Employee Relations and compliance role. Unlike traditional HRBP positions that may include significant recruiting, employee engagement, culture, or general HR administration, this role will spend the majority of its time managing complex employee relations matters, conducting investigations, assessing employment-related risk, and coaching leaders through challenging employee situations.

The ideal candidate is an experienced HR professional who is comfortable handling sensitive and complex matters independently, has strong knowledge of employment law and multi-state compliance, and can confidently advise and influence leaders at all levels.

This position is remote with occasional travel. The ideal candidate will reside within the Eastern Time Zone to align with the business hours of the supported markets.

Schedule (days/hours)Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm EST Responsibilities
