4+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably as an HRBP or strong HR Generalist.
Ability to build relationships with frontline and leadership teams.
Comfort in supporting hourly, shift-based, or 24/7 operations.
Confidence in managing employee relations independently.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices, including HR data analytics.
Data curiosity with an interest in using numbers to tell a story.
